Triple Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Description These large chocolatey cookies are super simple to make, and even easier to eat, a must have for any chocolate lover.

  • 1 box (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 oz vegetable oil
  • 1 oz (2 tablespoons) water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Methods/steps
  1. Preheat your Oven to 350 F
  2. Mix all ingredients till well combined.
  3. Drop by heaping teaspoon fulls onto *parchment paper lined cookie sheet. (the half sheet pans will hold about 6 cookies) Allow about 2 inches between cookies, they will be fairly large and the dough does spread.
  4. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Additional Tips

You can use a non-stick spray if you dont have parchment paper.
