Seafood Caesar Salad

Description A great Caesar salad combination with shrimp and crab is sure to please any guest.

3/4lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, cooked 3oz jumbo lump crabmeat 2 bacon strips, chopped and cooked until crisp 1 heart of romaine lettuce, torn into small pieces 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 6 anchovy fillets, halved 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup croutons Parmesan cheese shavings for topping salad.
Methods/steps
Place shrimp, crabmeat, bacon and lettuce in salad bowl. In a second large mixing bowl, combine oil, vinegar, anchovy fillets, egg, and salt and mix well. Pour salad dressing mixture over salad just before serving; toss well. Remove the salad from the mixing bowl and place the salad in the center of a chilled salad plate. Top with croutons and shavings of Parmesan cheese.
