Serves
4
  • 1 12 oz. can peach preserves
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, chopped finely
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier
  • ½ oz Southern Comfort
Methods/steps
  1. Combine the preserves, butter, and the tomato paste. This helps cut some of the sweetness, adds richness, and also gives the sauce a wonderful reddish color.
  2. Blend in the minced jalapeno and Grand Marnier, Southern Comfort and warm the sauce over medium heat.
