The Zest of 2 Oranges Use only the Orange part of the rind.
¼ cup toasted {mosgloss=Black Sesame Seeds} <Mouse Over
1 Tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 Tbs Sambal Chili Paste
5 each Sliced Scallions
4 Tbs Kecap Manis Sweet Soy Sauce
3 Tbs Corn Starch

For the Wasabi Mayo
2 Tbs Wasabi Powder
1-Cup Mayo
• Mix well the Mayo and the Wasabi Powder and reserve.

Methods/steps
1)-Combine all of the above ingredients in a small mixing bowl and allow it to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
2)-After the mixture has had a time to relax in the frig form it into small patties about the size of a half dollar and about ½ inch thick.
3)-In a heavy Non-Stick sauté pan over medium high heat sauté the patties with just enough olive oil to prevent them from sticking. Just brown the patties on each side and remove them while they are still very much medium rare to rare.
4)-Serve these while still hot on serving platters topped with the Wasabi May and Thin Sliced Scallions.
